Brian Orcholski began his insurance career in 1987 as a staff accountant at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. and in 1994 became Assistant Controller. He also managed the premium finance division and reinsurance contract reporting at Arrowhead. 

In 2001, Mr. Orcholski joined American Specialty Health (ASH) as the Manager of Statutory Accounting. He facilitated the implementation of statutory reporting for ASH’s newly acquired insurance company Western Diversified Life Insurance Company. 

Mr. Orcholski joined Align Financial Group, Inc. in January 2005 as Controller where he facilitated the implementation of multiple accounting and policy processing systems for personal and commercial lines. Mr. Orcholski graduated from the San Diego State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
